About us

The IT partner for businesses that want things to work

C-Electric manages the technology that small and medium-sized businesses depend on every day: devices, accounts, email, network, servers, cloud and security.

What we do

A company's IT is not a collection of one-off call-outs

In a small or medium-sized business, technology is rarely managed by anyone in particular. Equipment is bought when needed, someone is called when something breaks, and configurations pile up without being documented.

The result is an infrastructure nobody fully knows: it is unclear which licences are active, who has access to what, whether the backup actually works, or what happens if the main piece of equipment fails.

Our role is to turn that into a managed situation: inventoried, documented, monitored and secured — with one party responsible and decisions made in good time, not under the pressure of an outage.

Who we work with

  • Small and medium-sized businesses without an in-house IT department
  • Businesses whose in-house IT team needs specialist support
  • Growing businesses that need infrastructure able to keep up
  • Businesses that want to replace several suppliers with a single partner

Working principles

How we work

These are the rules we make technical decisions by, including when they put us at a commercial disadvantage.

We start with an assessment, not a quote

We don't propose solutions before we understand what exists. A quote built on assumptions turns, in practice, into an unexpected cost.

We explain in business terms

We translate technical options into concrete consequences: cost, risk, implementation time and maintenance effort. The decision stays with you.

We document what we manage

Configurations, licences and access rights are written down, not kept in someone's head. The documentation belongs to your company.

Security is not optional

The basics — two-step sign-in, updates, verified backups — are part of the management, not an add-on package.

We also say what we don't recommend

Sometimes the right answer is to change nothing for now, or not to buy what you have been offered. We say so even when it means a smaller project.

We don't build dependency

Accounts, licences and documentation remain your company's. You can continue with us, with an in-house team or with another provider.

Want to know what state your infrastructure is in?

We start with an assessment: what exists, what is at risk and what is worth doing first. The result is yours, whether or not we continue working together.
