Intune & Device Management

Microsoft Intune and device management

The same configuration, the same rules and the same level of security on every device.

Consistent configuration, security policies and app deployment on laptops and phones.

In a growing company, devices quickly drift apart: each with different settings, different apps and a different update level. The result is unpredictable to manage and hard to secure.

With Microsoft Intune, devices receive the same baseline configuration, the same security policies and the same apps, and a new laptop becomes usable without being set up manually from scratch.

What you get

  • A new laptop is ready to work in hours, not days.
  • Your level of security no longer depends on each user's habits.
  • A lost device doesn't mean lost data.
  • Your company knows exactly which devices are in use.

What's included

Service components

Automatic enrolment

A new device configures itself the first time it starts up, based on company policies, with no manual installation.

Security policies

Disk encryption, screen-lock requirements, mandatory updates and restrictions, applied consistently.

Remote wipe

A lost or stolen device can be locked, and company data on it can be wiped remotely.

Visibility across your device fleet

Which devices exist, who uses them, which versions they run and which ones do not comply with policy.

Frequently asked questions

What businesses ask us most often

If your question isn't here, write to us — we give concrete answers, and no quote before we understand your situation.

Does it also work on employees' personal devices?

Yes, in a way that keeps company data separate from personal data. Rules apply only to business data, and when the working relationship ends, only that data is wiped.

Do we need to reinstall our existing laptops?

Not always. Existing devices can be enrolled, although for those with very different configurations a clean reinstall gives a more predictable result. We assess this case by case.

Which licences are needed?

Intune is included in certain Microsoft 365 plans and available separately for others. We check which licences you already have before recommending a purchase.

Need IT that simply works?

We start with a short conversation and an assessment of where things stand — no obligation.
