Microsoft 365 & Cloud

Microsoft 365 and cloud for businesses

Where your team works and the resources it runs on — configured correctly and managed as a whole.

Microsoft 365 implementation, migration and administration, plus cloud resources sized to your real needs.

For most companies, Microsoft 365 is where email, documents and internal communication live. How it is configured matters more than the fact that it is there.

The cloud, on the other hand, is not an end in itself. It makes sense when it solves a concrete problem: a server that can no longer be maintained, access from several locations, or a plan for recovering after an incident.

We handle the two together because, in practice, they are managed as one: the same identity, the same access rights, the same bill to keep an eye on.

What you get

  • Email and files accessible from anywhere, under controlled conditions.
  • One identity and one set of access rules for everything.
  • Infrastructure that grows or shrinks with your company's needs.
  • Licensing and cloud costs aligned with actual usage.

What's included

Service components

Exchange Online

Business email on your own domain, with correct DNS records for deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and rules that protect against unwanted messages.

SharePoint and OneDrive

Your company's files in a controlled place, with explicit access rights and syncing to authorised devices.

Microsoft Entra ID

Accounts, groups, two-factor authentication and conditional access — the same rules for Microsoft 365 and for your cloud resources.

Assessment before migration

We work out what is worth moving to the cloud, what stays on premises and what should be replaced. Not everything that exists today needs to be reproduced exactly.

Virtual servers and managed services

Computing resources sized to the actual workload, with updates and backups included in the administration.

Licensing and cost tracking

We analyse which plans each role needs, and cloud resources are tagged and monitored. The aim is a bill you can explain, not a monthly surprise.

Can we migrate without stopping work?

The migration is planned so that users can keep working throughout the process, with the final cutover taking place in an agreed window. The stages and the timing of the cutover are agreed together before we start.

Is the cloud cheaper than a server on site?

It depends on the workload. The cloud removes the upfront investment and the cost of physical maintenance, but it comes with an ongoing monthly cost. We compare both options for your specific case before recommending a direction.

Can we keep our on-premises infrastructure as well?

Yes. Many companies work well with a hybrid model: some services in the cloud, others on site. What matters is that identity, security and backups are handled as one.

Does Microsoft 365 include backups?

Microsoft ensures the availability of the service, but default retention has limits. For real protection against accidental deletion or a security incident, we recommend a dedicated backup solution.

Where is our data stored?

The region where resources are hosted is chosen explicitly during setup; we decide on it together, based on your compliance requirements.

Need IT that simply works?

We start with a short conversation and an assessment of where things stand — no obligation.
